Chiropractic care aims at reducing your pain, restoring your range of motion, improving your posture and optimising your overall health.

Chiropractic is a profession centred around health that is interested in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of neuromusculoskeletal disorders (NMS), as well as the effects of these disorders on the person’s general health. He uses various techniques such as adjustments, manual therapies, including vertebral and joint manipulations and soft tissue manipulation techniques ''deep tissue'', which helps to stimulate blood flow and promote an environment favouring healing. 

Following the opening interview and physicial examinations, the chiropractor makes a diagnosis and develops a treatment plan on all conditions related to the nervous and musculoskeletal systems. Providing more time during each session, he makes recommendations in support of the treatment or as a preventive measure. Thus, he works in collaboration with the client in order for him or her to achieve their goals and objectives. The chiropractor is a health professional who considers the human being as a whole and whose health can be affected by different biomechanical, biochemical or emotional stresses.

Naturopathy is traditional medicine that calls on the ability of the body to heal itself. Naturopathy is a holistic approach, meaning she looks at a person as a whole (mind-body-spirit) rather than putting emphasis on the disease. She addresses the root cause of the dis-ease to create long lasting changes and help the body to self-heal, instead of only focusing on reducing symptoms. Naturopathy is for everyone and adapted to each and every one.

Our naturopathic consultations aim to offer you simple, tangible and applicable tools in terms of supplementation, nutritional advice and healthy lifestyle habits, with the goal of optimising your overall health. During your first consultation, we will perform a rigorous exam of your overall health and lifestyle habits with the goal to identify-recognize the presence of any imbalances in your body and all its systems. We are interested in all aspects of an individual, whether they are physical or psycho-emotional, we do our best to go to the root cause of your suffering to better your state of health and establish balance. Using our different protocols, we help you improve your mental health, reduce your level of inflammation, reduce your pain, improve the quality of your sleep, increase your energy levels, optimise your hormonal cycles and prevent the onset of chronic diseases.

Yoga is the practice of sets of postures and breathing exercises aimed at providing physical and mental wellbeing.

Therapeutic yoga is defined as the application of yoga postures and practice to the treatment of health conditions and involves instruction in yogic practices and teachings to prevent, reduce or alleviate structural, physiological, emotional and spiritual pain, suffering or limitations.

 

Yoga signifies union and balance between the physical, mental and spiritual body. More than an exercise, it's a philosophy to life that can be practised on and off your yoga mat. Every person is unique, that is why we adapt our one-on-one sessions with a personalised approach to respect your personal needs and objectives. 

All private yoga therapy sessions are trauma informed, and provide a safe, supportive container for you to progress towards increased health and well-being. This allows you to become aware of how our body reacts to your environment. We use mindfulness, breathing techniques, poses and relaxation to calm the nervous system and regain resilience and inner calm. The therapeutic aspect of yoga uses mindfulness, breathing exercices, postures and techniques for relaxation aiming at treating health conditions and relieving psychological, physical and emotional pains and limitations. A plan is designed to let individuals use the techniques they learned as an ongoing self-care practice.

Our social worker offers a safe environment for you to show up authentically, share in all confidence and without judgement. Using a holistic approach to healing, our social worker recognizes the deep interconnectedness of your body, psyche and spirit.

 

She uses different therapy modalities such as mindfulness, motivational therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and nature therapy. Together you will take the time to establish a therapeutic intervention plan tailored to your needs, thus building a toolbox of strategies that you will be able to use in your day to day life to help you face any triggers coming your way.

Each session is tailored to your needs through our individual and personalised approach; focusing on your strengths and self-empowerment.
